Terms and Conditions
Your visit to and purchase from our store signify your acceptance of the Store’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are subject to change and modification from time to time, according to our software or legal updates. This agreement and the attached document are considered effective and enforceable once you agree to them and begin registration in the store, pursuant to Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions System.
If you do not agree to the foregoing, and to be bound by this agreement, please do not complete the purchase process, pay money, or request any of our services.
Upon registration or completing purchases, we may ask you to provide personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email. We are committed to protecting your information through security systems such as data encryption and continuous updates.

Our store is committed to supplying systems related to the official authorized agent, and under the agent’s warranty conditions for each product separately. AAQ possesses electronic technical expertise which is divided into two electronic stores: one for security system devices, their accessories and peripherals, surveillance cameras, their accessories and peripherals, and wired and wireless networking devices, their accessories and peripherals; and a software store that contains proprietary branded software, a web and e-commerce store design team, and various other international programs.
All prices displayed for our store’s services or products may be adjusted from time to time.
All products in the store may be available or unavailable, and their quantity may run out from time to time.
All agreements with product agents may be canceled, continued, or increased, and the customer has no right to object to their availability or unavailability.

Exchange and Return Policy
Dear Customer, by purchasing from the AAQ store, you agree to the Exchange and Return Policy.
Exchange and Return Period
The customer has 7 days to exchange or return products from the time of shipment receipt.
Exchange and Return Conditions
The customer has the right to return the shipment if there is a manufacturing defect, breakage, wrong product, or a product that does not match the description. The customer must not benefit from, use, or utilize the product in any way. The store bears all related costs within 24 hours of receiving the product from the shipping company, and the customer has no right to claim after 24 hours have passed.
The customer has the right to exchange or return the product in case of a manufacturing defect, breakage, wrong product, or a product that does not match the description within 24 hours of receiving the product from the shipping company (we rely on the tracking data from the shipping company to determine the time of shipment receipt). If more than 24 hours have passed, the customer has no right to claim any return or exchange of the product.
For a return or exchange, the product must be with all its accessories and in its original packaging condition without any scratches on the product’s carton.
If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product, the customer bears all costs and fees (shipping fees + payment processing fees for installment, Mada, Visa, or Apple Pay).
If the customer requests a product return, and the carton has been opened but the product has not been used or benefited from, the customer must bear a financial fee of 25% of the product price.
If the customer requests to exchange a product for another, the full return condition must be applied to the product to be exchanged, and then the financial amount is rescheduled with the product requested for exchange before it is sent back to the customer.
After 7 days have passed, if the product is not subject to warranty, the customer has no right to claim a return or exchange of the products.
Full/Partial Refund Method
After verifying and the product reaching the store, we will contact the customer to determine the method of refunding the amounts to the customer.
If payment was made via the following methods, the refunds will be made in the same way: Mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Master Card.
If payment was made via the following methods, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s account or a specific method will be agreed upon for the refund: Cash, Bank Transfer.
Exchange and Return Period
After the store inspects the products and the shipment, the customer will be notified of either accepting or rejecting the exchange and return process.
Products are exchanged or returned within a period of 3 to 14 days at maximum, and this period may differ during seasons and holidays, up to a maximum of 30 days.
Refund Duration:
The refund duration varies according to the payment method:

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Given that our management and warehouses are located only in the city of Riyadh:
If your order is within the capital, Riyadh, and before 4 PM, it is expected to arrive on the same day. If your order is after 4 PM, the order will arrive on the next day, God willing. The delivery cost is SAR 25.
If your order is for another city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it usually takes two to five business days, and the cost is SAR 35.
If the required product is with one of our agents in a city outside Riyadh, your order will arrive in a shorter time than expected.
